Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. I am also a very small business, so I'm not able to have policies like Amazon and Wal-mart. In an effort to strike a balance somewhere in-between, here are my shop policies as they relate to returns and exchanges:

If you receive a defective product, I will replace it. Contact me within 30 days of purchase and we'll work out the details. What does defective mean? Something is broken when you take it out of the package. It doesn't work from the get-go. It was damaged during delivery.

If you change your mind, I will give you store credit or refund your purchase price. Contact me within 30 days of purchase and we'll work out the details. I will need to receive the product in original condition, including packaging, before issuing your credit/refund. Unfortunately, I can't refund the cost of shipping in these cases.

Books and patterns (including PDF downloads) are not eligible for refund or credit. Due to the nature of these products, they are considered "all sales final."

Special orders and commissions are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, they will be considered "all sales final," but if you have concerns, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss.
